Before you book
Everything you want to know about travelling with us
The answers below cover the questions we hear most often — where we drive, which vehicle you travel in, and how a booking is confirmed. Anything else, ask us directly.
Which cities do you serve?
We arrange private transfers and day trips in eleven European cities: Paris, Zurich, Rome, Amsterdam, London, Reykjavik, Prague, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon and Frankfurt. Multi-city routes between them are planned as one itinerary.
Which vehicle will we travel in?
- 8-seat van — parties of 1 to 6
- 21-seat coach — parties of 7 to 17
- 45-seat coach — parties of 18 to 42
Each seat allows one large case and one cabin bag. Tell us in advance if your group carries more, and we will size the vehicle accordingly.
How is a booking confirmed?
We reply by email to reconfirm every pick-up and drop-off address, your flight details and the timings. Two days before arrival you receive your driver’s name and number by email and text message.
We track your flight and call the number on the booking if it is delayed or cancelled. Airport pick-ups include 90 minutes of waiting time from landing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to three days before your arrival date and we refund you straight away. Inside three days, contact us and we will do what we can to move the booking instead.
Can you quote for a large group or a long-distance tour?
Yes. Send us the dates, the number of travellers and the route, and you will have a written quote with the full cost of the journey — driver, tolls and parking included.
